Stephon Matory, a member of the Mississippi National Guard, was murdered last week, and the Jackson Police Department (JPD) have arrested two individuals suspected of killing the 24-year-old.
On Monday, JPD took XaJavier King, 19, and Chaela Edwards, 18, into custody for the murder of Matory.
Matory was a bsytander in the shooting that took place last week at the Summer Park Apartments in Jackson.
King is facing charges of murder and aggravated assault, while Edwards is charged with accessory after the fact to murder.
